More from my #unreadandontheshelf collection. This is the end of Juliet Marillier and starts another favorite author I thought I‘d share over the nest couple weeks, Patricia Briggs.

I definitely go on author binges and buy everything I can find by them once I know I like them. And it takes years for me to read everything 🤦‍♀️

At first this was good but not as good as the first one, but it picked up after the halfway point to be very good. The ending felt rushed - this is one of the books that had a lot of splainin‘ to do in the last thirty pages. Also the editing was poor - missing words, then/than errors and the like, wrong names - especially in the last third.

Almost halfway through this one, on this Mothers‘ Day. Started it yesterday. It‘s good, although I think the first was a little better so far (but it‘s still very good). I might have peeked ahead to see if my suspicions were right (and it looks like yes). This is my fourth for #bookspinbonanza and should be my first finish of #nutsinmay. Eventually.
