Seanan McGuire has never once disappointed me and I doubt she ever will. This book certainly didn‘t. Did I have to spend over a year working myself up to be able to read a Toby who was back to thinking she wasn‘t good for anything? (For new and different reasons this time) Yeah for sure, absolutely I did. Did I immediately inhale the story in what was almost a single sitting? Of course I did because it was glorious.
