This was a solid collection of essays. Written by travel authorities, foodies, chefs, critics and other seasoned journalists this book travels the globe to exotic places (#Mongolia)and not so exotic places (Kansas City) in search of memorable meals. Some essays were better than others but each is short enough to dip in and out of and offers a taste of many cultures, cuisines and locales. #Hoopla #ReadingAsia21

Part travelogue/ part foodie journal this book is an anthology of authors, writers, food critics and celebrities who share some of their most memorable meals from all around the globe. I‘m reading Stanley Stewart‘s piece on #Mongolia but it‘s this place that caught my eye @jenniferw88 #ReadingAsia21
