This book was a bit difficult to get into. I used to read her books in one fell swoop. Alas no more.
There were still parts were the going was a bit easier. Not like it used to be, but still.
The story was okay/fun. Rizzoli irritates me a little bit. She runs her mouth, is bossy and judgey. And hello, the first book where the killer stays polite, even during the grand finale.

Wow. Gerritsen is one of those authors I will pick up without bothering to read the blurb as she never disappoints. The Silent Girl is no exception and has become one of my favourite books in the Rizzoli and Isles series. Definitely pick this one up
