pick🎧 Good grimdark fantasy. It‘s not hilarious.
It is somewhat a cross between First Law, Gentlemen Bastards & Red Queen‘s War.
There‘s your typical trigger warnings so beware, this is grim.
I enjoyed the book. I liked Chel & Lemon the most. 😁

I got most of my placed packed so picking up a book again this reminded me of Sebastien de Castell's Greatcoats series so I hope it's just as good
Finally started this one last night and so far it‘s off to a solid start. It‘s a slow builder at first but by the end of chapter 3 the real story starts to pick up. I‘m excited to see where this goes!
Also that cover art is made of pure love. This isn‘t out in the US yet, I got the UK version because I am impatient and I wanted the hardback version which will only be released in the UK.
It‘s finally here!!!! After weeks of fighting with Waterstones and them just absolutely ignoring me and not explaining why my copy hadn‘t shipped, I cancelled with them and bought from Goldsboro the signed edition. It‘s hard back, image printed directly on the book so no dust jacket and mine is 101 of 350 and I love it! I‘m tempted to drop everything else right now and dive into this. It won‘t be out in the US till next May I believe.
