TimSpalding @Chrissyreadit Yes and no. Ancient Greek was my first ancient language; Latin was more a duty. All languages interest me, and there are a few Latin works I adore (e.g., Ovid's Metamorphoses), but my heart is still with Greek. Greek, however, is even less useful for a kid to learn—and harder. 4y
