so-soI like the promise of this cover more than the book itself. Yehoshua teased me with descriptions of classical music! This novel (mostly) follows Noga as she moves back home while her mother tries out assisted living. She works as a temp tv/movie extra, which is fun to read about, not profound. I like the subtle religious tension in her apartment, not so much the melodrama with her ex. The language, maybe translation, was too purple. #JewLit
