This manga/anime series had such an impact on my life growing up. These women showed me the power of healthy female friendships, taught me that we don't need men to take care of us, introduced me to the 1st gay relationship I'd ever known, and tackled gender non-conformity before I even knew what that was. 🌙 #booktober
