⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Full of so much good information about Intermittent Fasting. Gin gives the science behind it and gives you options for how to start the first 28 days. She explains the different options as far as how you can choose to do IF.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Gin gives all of the information necessary information as to why IF is the way to go. She also gives the why behind the do‘s and dont‘s. I listened to the audiobook but have ordered the physical book because there is so much information I to highlight and refer back to.

This is about intermittent fasting. It is super interesting. If you're trying to make life changes and live a healthier lifestyle, I definitely recommend trying this. It's not a diet.
