The Maddening

I am so mad right now. I got my bookoutlet order in for the swaps. I ordered 21 books. I got 5 plus one I didn‘t order. It‘s very obvious this box was opened before the postal guy put it in Josh‘s hands. You can even tell by looking at it it was badly retapped.

Btw the books you can see are Not for my swap. Those are for me. And one extra.

Sweetkokoro Man bookoutlets shipping has been trash lately. They do not tape their packages well at all, each of mine have come looking like that, but the insides untouched, and with all the right books. But they seriously need to take these boxes better, books are heavy. 4y

LibrarianRyan @Sweetkokoro this is the 3rd time in a row I have had a problem. Last time they completely lost my box. It made it to MO to switch between auPS and USPS and was never seen again. They replaced it but I had to wait 45 days and then another 2 weeks for replacement. Time before that they sent moldy books. They have always been great about taking care of it, but it‘s getting annoying. 4y

LibrarianRyan @Indydancingbookworm I have had issues with both Thrift books and Better World. Not from an ordering standpoint. I hear they are excellent. But from working with them on various library projects. And I just can‘t do it unless it‘s something out of print. Plus when I‘m buying for someone else I only give books used by just me. I don‘t care if someone gives me used books but I try not to do that if I don‘t know who used it. 4y
