Graphic novel YA about Mona‘s struggle with depression and anxiety. I feel that everyday. Mona sinks under her own depression & it hurts her emotionally, socially and physically. I can understand her struggles. But Mona finds a way to work with her depression and to live despite it.

Every time I read a graphic novel/memoir of depression/anxiety, I wish these books were out when I was younger. I hope this falls into the hands of those who need it.

Mehso-so

I am not the target audience for this graphic novel but I can definitely see the merit for middle graders struggling with their mental health.
