I admit, part of the reason I picked this up was the leather cover, gilt edges, and ribbon bookmark. It‘s a gorgeous, hefty book, and I‘ve nibbled away at it poet by poet, poem by poem. Glad I got it years ago and finally made it to end. One of those books you nip in and read snippets of as you need a poetry fix. Huge list of poets, with a diverse representation of poets throughout.
