A class‘ walk turns into an adventure. I adore this story‘s simplicity and big imagination. Most of the illustrations take up 2 pages, and the text is big (great for #readaloud ). Text is balanced between sight words (the, big, see, look) and not-so-easy, fantastical words (slish, squiggle, crickle, KA-BOOM). I love how physically active the main character is; she uses her whole body! Good for readers who like to move and daydream. #dw2020reads
