Reason for eating shrimp chips: My oh so good for you lunch of kale and quinoa salad with salmon at the lovely SF MOMA. It was really tasty with a delightful citrus dressing and pumpkin seeds but just took far too long to eat - kale salads always seem to require too much chewing. Or maybe that's just me. The shrimp chips helped balance out the healthy lunch 😂
