Hey @BookishTrish - I just opened up your selection from the last round of LMPBC, and some of the pages are falling out. Do you have any objections to me taping this back together?

It arrived @BookishTrish thanks for sending me not only this book for the #LMPBC but for the chocolate bunny which my husband and son have already claimed...lol and for the other book which I am also excited to read!
I bought these three books in March 2020 - around the time everything closed down. Gamechanger is actually what I was reading when I realized I couldn‘t possibly concentrate on fiction now that I was a full-time librarian / homeschooling mama. I want to read them and can‘t remember why I was excited about them in the first place. Any recommendations?

Hardly anybody in town ever smiled at me, and if they did, I knew they meant it as a caution light: You're entering dangerous territory.
I expected this moment but didn‘t see it coming. I couldn‘t believe how far short of my goal I‘d fallen—which I partly blame on never having a clear goal in mind. This brings up an important Hinterland Who‘s Who moment for theme essay writing (cue the flute)—pick your theme ahead of time. Otherwise you‘ll spend a lot of the early going stumbling around, looking for things to say until you get your footing. 🇨🇦
