I decided that I should own more of the women‘s studies books that I am reading so I can *gasp* write in them.

But I‘m going to return “who‘s afraid of gender” because I think I can find it used and I‘ll feel better writing in a preloved copy.

I have my starter pile for the #ForTheLoveofBooks readathon this weekend. I've been trying to take one day a week as a break from social media (currently Fridays) so I am posting a day early. Planning to finish the tagged book for #BobWhiteBuddies and Paddy's for #Roll100 . The Midnight Witness is my August book for (unofficial) #LMPBC . And of course at least one more Amelia Peabody book, maybe more 😂 Thanks for hosting @TheSpineView !!!

All are paperback. #13-17 have no writing (or coloring😉) inside.

#18 was a #LMPBC book, so there is lots of writing inside - notes, comments, etc. 😎

Last night I also got to chat with Ashley Poston. She signed my copy of the Dead Romantics, which was a past #LMPBC book. She thought it was a very cool concept and flipped through to see some of our comments - and even added her own! (She loved someone's bullshit remark) 😆

A little late, but I did finish the last #LMPBC book! I really liked this book and plan to continue the series. Based on Arthurian legend, Bree goes to college early and enrolls in a secret society to discover the secrets of her mother‘s death.

Great pick! And I‘m so glad it was picked, otherwise I wouldn‘t have read it! It was a great round of books we had and I‘m glad it was so great for the last one!
