Honesty I read the first one because we were joking about fat my book club, but enjoy them! Not sure if I will read the entire series which has like 30 books, but so far I am engaged enough to do this next two!

I typically just do work related books on audio, since I can‘t seem to focus on novels and the like when In that format. However, since this was short story I thought I would give it a go. This was also my first taste of this author and I know that a lot of people recommend their works. I enjoyed this listen and will be reading more this author for sure.

Oh my goodness @LeahBergen you spoiled me for the #HHS. So many things I couldn‘t even fit in one picture! Newfoundland beer and book! Spent the first part of the day having a traditional Jiggs dinner with a wonderful family, who made me feel right at home and now back at the hotel relaxing.

Haven‘t had much time to read on this work trip, long days and late nights have me collapsing into bed at the end of the day, without my typically pre-sleep reading. I did manage to get a quick break today and went to a store that had these great finds for my earth loving,monster fan, science minded kid.

Off to Newfoundland for work for a couple of weeks. Packing the suitcase was the easy part. Deciding which books to bring however ….

I opened the box this morning and then hopped into the shower, when I came out my son and cat had already curled themselves up in it! My son has also claimed the hot cocoa! I wore of the pairs of socks today and the candle smells divine! Love it all!

My #hauntedhollowswap box was put in the mail today . While wrapping and decorating some of the wrapping , my 6 year old son wanted to help. He said “I can make it really spooky!”
He drew this on one of the wrappings. Which makes me wonder how my 6 year old even knows who Pennywise is? Oh, the things they learn at school.
He also drew some other creepy stuff…may sleep with 1 eye open tonight! 😳

2- of course, life is too short for boring socks! I have small but wide feet so I buy the ladies size 9 so they have enough stretch

6- I go all in on costumes , super elaborate but my favourite which was simple but fun was Tracy Turnblad complete with big hair
