Kicking off the #physicalfitness motif with the tagged book. I‘d owned many books that diagrammed proper form for weightlifting. Most of them I let go over time because watching a YouTube clip was more instructive.

This one I kept. The illustrations, with the intricate detail of musculature, is uniquely informative. You can see what‘s going on under the skin and how all the muscles are layered and connected.

I‘ll be starting a new motif in January to showcase books I‘ve kept on fitness, sports & physical activity.

Different things have interested me over the years from trail hikes to triathlon, and I seem to collect books about whatever I‘m doing.

Physical fitness is interpreted broadly (books on essential oils might make an appearance). Feel free to join in and add to the motif collection!
