This was an Amazon First read through my Prime membership. A really good thriller/mystery page-turner focused around a kidnapping, obsession and cults. Abby Mullen is a crisis negotiator with first hand experience in cults. When her friend‘s son is kidnapped, she gets involved to help get him back. This is the first in a new series from this author, and ended with an opening for another book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

#saturdayafternoonvibes My coffee and my kindle, my reading chair and my constant companions in their places (one on the back of the chair and one at my feet). I have not had much time to read this week. This is a good book, but I haven‘t given it more than 10-15 minutes a day, so I‘m not feeling immersed in the story yet. Hoping that changes this afternoon. ❤️📚
