This NF, RA book would be a great read for the whole class on Earth day or when introducing the topic of oceans and conservation. The book tells about negative impacts people can have on ocean animals, with beautiful illustrations on each page, with information about the fish pictured. It even has a page of “fish facts” and ways to help fish, by conserving water and other tips!

This book would be a great NF addition to a classroom library!

DrSpalding This would be a great read aloud on Earth Day however it also would complement the science curriculum in second grade. You have a nice variety of books included in this project. 3y
