#BCF21, @wanderinglynn

First day back at the gym (for yoga) on Tuesday. Glad to be back in class.

Changing my goals to 1-2 classes/week at the gym & 1-2 hours in the yard (office weeks); more when I'm at home.

Today's #booksandsports contribution to the #augustphotochallenge comes in three parts. That's what happens when I have a few hours to ponder! I LOVE yoga, and have practiced a few styles. My career (see part two post) includes a knowledge of anatomy, so I wanted to learn about yoga and anatomy. The "bookends" are yoga blocks!

TheSpinecrackersBookClub Gorgeous photo and great choice of sport. 8y
DivineDiana Clever use of yoga blocks! 8y
