I just finished it this morning! It was a little long and wandering, but that‘s kind of how life is sometimes.
1. Hetty and Benjy are compelling characters individually and even more so together.
2. Well, the next story may have been set up in the ending, but whatever happens I‘d like to know more about Benjy.

I know it matters not at all but I hoped to finish this one yet this month and I don‘t know I can get it all done tonight. If I have to finish it off tomorrow I may cheat and still count it. Also, Hetty and Benjy are making me so happy and nothing better happen to them.
My sequel sprint actually went pretty well considering last week did not necessarily go as anticipated. Only about a quarter into the Undertakers so far but loving it as much as the Conductors. https://youtu.be/W4nAwbk0sAI
pickHetty and Benny‘s newest mystery is how to get a new business off the ground & a spate of mysterious fires in the mostly black neighborhoods of Philadelphia.
Loved this return to this series! Hetty and Benjy‘s relationship continues to be a delight. I love how many female friendships Hetty has. Her grief from the previous book still affects her.
The mystery doesn‘t resolve quite as neatly, & everything comes to a head very quickly. 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
