So I first picked this up to see if it would be appropriate for my cousin with young children... The answer is yes, but I ended up loving it for me. It's just so sweet and uplifting, plus the art work is wonderful.

This truly felt like a hug @sherrisilvera thank you for the thoughtful book! I loved this sweet book filled with beautiful water color illustrations and positive life affirmations to be enjoyed at any time. Like you said, I will be dipping in and out of this one many times to come.

A really beautiful book that made me quite emotional reading in bed on the morning of New Year‘s Day. This was a gift I got at my parents house after a difficult Christmas mourning my grandad and sorting stuff out on behalf of my grandma. This was so gorgeously illustrated, so kind and simple, and it made me quite teary. A beautiful book of simple Buddhist illustrations about two friends

Such a lovely book with lots of reminders to stop, pause, take what time you need & drink lots of tea. Perfect book to have to hand when you are feeling a little lost & need some help reflecting whilst looking at the beautiful illustrations

This was a really cute book reminding you to slow down and enjoy the journey. Really cute illustrations - which seem to have come first, making it not as wordy as it appears - alternating between black and white to color through the seasons. One common theme I liked was take a breathe and drink some tea. I do wish there was a bit more for a book it‘s size; not many words. Yet all humbling
