Tav @MrBook vegan ice cream has no dairy. So _technically_ it's not precisely ice cream, rather; it is a frozen treat. The fatty liquids are coconut milk and cashew milk, and addt'l fats are cocoa butter and coconut oil. First time trying a vegan ice cream recipe so I'll let you know how it turns out. The Van Leeuwen vegan recipes are highly praised by food critics so I have high hopes! 🍦 8y
