I believe this is my new favorite from Ms. Fordham. I loved Quincy so much. He has a good heart. I also loved Norah. Strong and independent, but living in a time when those values were not traditionally valued in a woman, and circumstances could be hard to rise above. Ms. Fordham‘s writing just flows across the page. A beautifully written story of redemption, of finding one‘s place, of letting go of the past and making a better future.
Money, contracts... and Jane Austen?

I loved Quincy and Norah‘s story! There was so much to overcome and heal from, for both of them. But, she had been his angel and he had been her rescuer. The bends in the road had led them to each other more than once. Relationships were portrayed so very well. It made spending time with these precious characters meaningful and encouraging.
