EadieB I enjoyed this book from the beginning to the end. It had interesting characters and a good plot with twists and turns. If you like action thrillers then you would enjoy this one. Looking forward to the next book in the series. 2y

Another good book in the series, but the events of this book will reverberate for the team for a long time to come and for fans of the series. 😢 It all revolves around a cult, mysterious disappearances and events that quickly escalate. A particularly horrible character in this one!

Interesting to get to the next one to see how the team respond.

4th book finished for #20in4 and with that Imet all the goals I set myself for the readathon.

I don‘t know what to say about this book. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 probably says it all. There‘s a cult and everything goes wrong once the police get there with guns. It goes REALLY wrong. So much hardship in this book, and once again the ending sort of takes us one step closer to Sarah, or whatever happened to her. Both Nick and Ruth are suffering. Ruth more than Nick 😰

Past midnight here so starting off August by reading book 7 in the DI Ruth Hunter book, which I am reading with @EadieB and @Tove_Reads.

Will also be using this to hit my goal of four books finished by the end of the #20in4 Readathon 🤞
