I read about this somewhere and the library had it
JW is a Scottish reporter/author who has moved to Canada 🇨🇦 this is the first in a series that features Jason Brazel, an unemployed reporter, and his mother in law, Amita, who solve a case involving a local pensioner that the police think is just an accident. I‘m probably going down a rabbit hole to read the rest in this series which won‘t help my book hoarding problem at all

kspenmoll But it sounds so intriguing!!! Stacked! 1mo
SilversReviews Sounds fun. 1mo
mcctrish @kspenmoll @SilversReviews at first I wasn‘t sure about the son and mother in law banter - it was a bit barbed but as the story progressed and their relationship grew because of the case, they became closer and the banter was cheekier 1mo

Suet624 I‘m sure I read a book with those same characters. But it didn‘t have this title. I‘m confused. 1mo
mcctrish @Suet624 I think there are 4 in the series 1mo

Tempted to read this just based on the strength of the author photo.

The photo on his fantastic fiction profile is hilariously different - Team Moustache!
