Hahaha, why is the robot always my favorite character?! 👾😅

I've been loving the library lately, just checked this one out.

As a long time David Wellington fan, not only was this my least favorite book, but I was incredibly annoyed to end the book with “to be continued.” Storyline was mostly rock solid, most of the characters were spot on, but the AI, Rapscallion, and Petrova‘s mother were so elementary compared to his usual character development. I‘ll read the sequel, but I‘ll get it from the library.

🎧 I get the feeling that this book is much longer than the Audio ARC. Fantastic sci-fi/horror.

I suppose buying the book means I‘m recommending it.

A spaceship named Artemis
A cocky captain/pilot
A doctor with interesting tech
A wise cracking transformer-like robot
A Firewatch inspector badass

As they approach Paradise they are attacked and their ship is totaled and Artemis in a reboot repeat cycle.
