I've been listening to this song on repeat lately. The lead singer popped up on my fyp the other day. She told a story about how Trent Reznor really likes this song and he invited them to his concert so he could meet them in person. So naturally I had to check it out ☺️

I was on Spotify and I decided to buy more audiobook hours. 15 hrs is unacceptable. I‘ve never listened to more than 1 audiobook on Spotify and I found audiobooks for some of my Netgalley ARCs and I think having audiobooks for a lot of my ARCs will help me read them especially if I‘m going to be late getting them reviewed. If I‘m late getting them reviewed then it‘s not going to matter what format I read them in as long as I read them.

Reecaspieces I do this. I listen to my backlog on netgalley. I usually get them from my library. But listening to them is the way to go! 11mo

I've been listening to quite a bit of Ren music over the last few weeks. It's quite a change from my usual music but it's been fun.

Soubhiville I love this kind of stuff! 13mo

I decided to use my Spotify Premium account to listen to audiobooks since I heard that you can listen to audiobooks on there. I used it to listen to 2 audiobooks. I DNF‘d 1 audiobook and finished another one. I like Spotify for music and it did good playing audiobooks. This won‘t replace my other audiobook apps though because the audiobook listening is not unlimited. I only get 15 hrs of listening every month.

Does anyone listen to audiobooks on Spotify? We are testing Spotify premium for a month and you get 15 hours of audiobook listening.

If I listen to an 11hr audiobook at 2x speed, does it count as 11 hours or the actual amount of time you physically listen?

Deblovestoread They seem to count the time based on 1.0 speed. I listened to a 9 hr book at 1.8 and started a second but it shout down after about 2 hours of time. 2y
Laughterhp Ugh, okay. Good to know. Will be good to know for planning my reading. Thanks! @Deblovestoread 2y

I got an email from Spotify for a free 3 month trial of Spotify Premium. I didn‘t know Spotify Premium had audiobooks. I signed up for it. This might be worth trying out to see if I want to commit to it but I‘ll only get 15 hours of listening for audiobooks so I‘ll have to choose short audiobooks. I‘m just wondering if the listening hours will get carried over if I don‘t use them that month or if I get new listening hours every month.
