Here are a few of my fave reads from 2025. I only included the first book of each of the 17 series I enjoyed this year, otherwise I would have to fit between 3 and 19 additional books each. lol
I read 167 books this year!
I'm surprised it was this high because I definitely DNF'D alot of books this year and there were a few months when I barely read at all. I'm sticking to a goal of 100 books this year. If I beat it great and if not, I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

Spicy Book Bracket for 2025
It's a tie! I couldn't choose between Lights Out and The Ties That Bond Series. LO is hilarious, dark and super spicy while TTTB is a why choose, supernatural, high emotion romance. They are on completely opposite sides which made it impossible to choose between them so they both win.
October & November top reads.
October : Grave Matter - This book was dark, twisted & insane (in a good way). After I read it, I was like WTF did I just read.
November : The Bonds That Tie Series. I read all 6 books in this series within a few days. I could not put them down, they were so good. I went in not knowing what the books were really about & with each book, a whole new layer was revealed that kept me interested.

September Spicy #Bookbracket
I chose Bitten By Death for this month. The banter between the 2 MCs is hilarious and the whole story is great. how can you go wrong with Vampires, Gods, mysteries and Las Vegas? I loved the whole series.

I chose Rhapsodic for September. I loved this Fantasy romance book. It had the perfect mix of humor, mystery, drama and fantasy. I loved the dual time lines and the characters. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Coffee & logic puzzles☕️🧩
I've finally found a new coffee stand! The old one changed owners awhile ago & its gone down hill ever since. They changed the menu (20oz iced americano now has 2 shots instead of 4), they raised prices, their wait times tripled & then this week they posted lots of politically charged messages on all thier socials. So I spent the week trying different stands & found the perfect one to give my coffee addiction money to
I went to the farmer's market and picked up some bacon quesitos and spicy gummies today. They are the perfect treat to have while reading 📚 😍
