Fitting end to the series. Epic fantasy with a bit of everything. The ‘big‘ battle scene is definitely Tolkien- like, but the author did say it‘s her homage to him with some more diverse characters!

Bk24 of my 2024 #BookMail (so far😋)is the last in the Realm Breaker trilogy. The Companions are scattered, torn from each other. Corayne barely escapes with her life, continuing alone with her blade broken & her allies behind her. The only consolation: she now has Taristan‘s sword, the only Spindleblade left in existence. Without it, he can‘t rip open any more Spindles, without it he can‘t end the world. But he will burn it down to find her.
#readingbracket2024 #2024readingbracket This month‘s pick was the next book in the Realm Breaker series. But I‘ve used up 2 of my bonus spots already! So many good new releases this year already! Can‘t wait to see what April brings!
My goal was to knock this out over my spring break. Chapter 29 out of 46 so I am getting there. Will it be finished before I head back to work on Monday? I guess only time will tell but it would probably help of I stopped reading other books at the same time 🤔🤦♀️😜
How I choose to spend my spring break..hot beverages, warm blankets, and good books. I am hoping to knock this one out quickly since I can actually read most of the day as opposed to being stuck at work. 🤞😜📚
#serieslove2024 The third book in this trilogy and new release kept me hooked! I love when the build up to the battle and the battle itself are equally as good and that was true for this book. Corayne and all of her companions are the last hope to save the realm. I loved the focus on some minor characters and of course the introduction to dragons. The ending was completely satisfying. “WITH ME!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Happy Publication Day to these beauties! 😍
