I grew up on Cher‘s music & TV show—and she‘s still impacting us all with her compassion, resistance, resilience & truth. The stories behind Cher‘s relationships with Sonny & Gregg Allman are mind-boggling. Her mesmerizing eyes made the perfect endpapers.

MemoirsForMe Got to see Sonny & Cher onstage at the Sahara in Las Vegas in 1973. My sister and I lucked out and met them before the show at a restaurant. They graciously gave us their autograph pictured here.☺️ 2w

TheBookgeekFrau I saw Sonny & Cher in 1975. We got to back stage after and my mother was like a nervous, giggling fool because she loved Cher. I now know I witnessed my first fan girling and it didn't even have a name yet 😂😂 I got her this book for Christmas; needless to say she loved it! 2w
