⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wanted to quit this book throughout the whole first half - and if I wasn‘t reading it with other people, I would have - but it definitely got better at the 50% mark & then I really enjoyed it until the end.
So, I don‘t know, I guess 3 stars 😅🤷🏻‍♀️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“A Curse Carved in Bone” was a solid conclusion to this duology, and was not without its plot twists, action, and angst. I doubts, but the ending was better than I expected!

A solid second half of this epic Viking Romantasy story. It had a slow first half, and I was frustrated with our heroine. However, the action kicked up the second half and wrapped up our story in a satisfying way. 4⭐️
#bookspin done as I got this from the library.

This was not as good as book 1. It picked up with Freya and Bjorn still in conflict after the betrayal in book 1. Freya has to break her oath in order to save her people. Lots of betrayals and trying to figure out alliances. It is only a duology so the ending wrapped everything up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
