

I'm always wary of reading self help books on Kindle Unlimited but I'm really struggling so I'll take whatever I can get
This is a weird book, it's got 365 hacks for executive dysfunction, some are explained really well and others not enough
I did like the inclusion of helpful apps. There were several that I hadn't heard of that were worth exploring
The hacks themselves were a mixed bag. Some were good, some were meh and some were impractical

It's around 150 pages. Skim it, pull out the useful information and ignore everything else. That seems to be the best way with all these types of books 5d
