“I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight”
This book is a beautiful rendition of the classic children‘s song. This book is very beautifully written in a poetic form to go with the lyrical aspect of the children‘s song. This book would be best with younger readers because it has very simple language. I hope to have this book in my classroom.
Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, written and illustrated by Iza Trapani is a wonderful rendition of the classic children‘s song. A small star takes a little girl around the sky explaining her job and showing her the wonders of the world. This story and version of the song uses unbelievably excellent illustrations to help portray meaning.
