Not typically into fairytale retellings but this was recommended by my favorite local bookstore so…
#day6-8 I didn‘t post the last few days for my #30daychallenge because I‘ve been sick as a dog. I‘m still quarantined to the bed, but at least feel good enough to get some reading done today.
To help keep me on track and since I get to read at work, I have developed a system of counting out the number of pages in each chapter and pairing it with a “task” I can do at work.
I‘m not sure how I feel about this book. A little over 100 pages in and I‘m still waiting for the actual plot of the book to start. I haven‘t connected to any of the characters yet either. Sigh

Not feeling so good today (physically) with a sore throat and non stop sneezing. So trying some tea and light reading before work.
I think this is my first time being sick that actually involved non stop sneezing 🤔
Thinking about numbering my posts for my #30daychallenge to help me keep track… and maybe more accountable. But feeling..okay. Bleh but bleh is better than dumpster diving sad so small wins are wins.
