The first thing I think of when I think of wisdom is Reinhold Niebuhr‘s Serenity Prayer. But in the moment, I think of the wise goddesses and gods of wisdom from Greek and Roman mythology. Pictured above is Sophia, Greek goddess of wisdom, in Sofia, Bulgaria. I‘m always thankful for the wisdom passed down from ancient traditions...there is a lot of peace & serenity to be found in those ancient stories and texts.
