One of my favourite healthy snacks/lunch meals. I don‘t have a recipe because I just put whatever I have on hand into my nori salad rolls, but the cucumber, cream cheese, and fresh dill roll is my favourite. 😍
Slice those cucs! Cut some strips of low fat cream cheese, and throw in some fresh dill. Place on a nori sheet, and roll to the nori is on the outside. Spread a little water on the end of the nori to get it to stick to itself. Nom nom!
