February #BFC2022 update. So I didn‘t make my active zone minutes goal. But it‘s ok. I‘m going to swap out that goal for winning a DietBet game I joined with my sister @hollyvoncount It might be a good change of pace. I also met my reading goal of 12 (13 if you count my DNF) and my skin care goal. My self care goal this time seems silly but I want to try to read on my patio 30 minutes a day just for a change of setting and making myself chill.

3) Hit my daily steps goal at least 3 of the 5 work days (My new job has me sitting much more than I am used to) a week
January is a lot about how to do what I need to at work- because of the masks I don't drink as much water, I'm also sitting a lot more than I used to. Thanks for hosting @wanderinglynn

Honestly had forgotten about this - but I did finish one book (took a long time but I managed to get through it) and did exercise 3 times this week (exercise bike and walks) so Im happy about that!

I'm not going to give my totals simply because this round was more of a lesson in patience. I need to be kinder and more forgiving towards myself. I think this round really gave me some things to work on for myself. It was so good to see others hitting their goals (and to enjoy cheering on others even when you fall behind on your goals), I can't wait for the next round!

Week 6 of #bfcr4 Wow! The weeks flew by! I am proud of my accomplishments this round. I am happy with my steps, my self care was better, & I am happy with the books I read! I learned that I have not been drinking the right amount of water & that is something I need to work on & I need to train myself to drink way more water.

This round kicked my a**. My mental health took a nose dive and it made it hard to do anything more than the bare minimum. I sort of dragged myself across the finish line here and I certainly don‘t feel healthier than I was when I started, but I know i gave it all the energy I had. Shoutout to my girls who kept me sane and gave me so much encouragement. @StayCurious @Hufflepuffle @IndoorDame Cat tax instead of lame stats. #bfcr4

#BFCR4 week 5 checkin - I missed last week‘s because I had a little breakdown and have been struggling to pick myself back up. Tweaked my goals because I started running again and I‘ve been eating super weird - so no fruit/veg goal and new running days goal. I also started an antidepressant to help get me through stuff, so taking that daily is another new goal. @Crazeedi @Airykah13 @TheSpineView
Week 5 of #bfcr4 I am happy with my results this week! I got a cold last weekend & was feeling not so great this week, but I pushed through, worked my school‘s book fair two nights & then rested on Friday, so my steps were low that day. I found a Water app, but it is telling me I need to drink so much more water than I have been, so I am going to need to work on that. I am drinking more water than I have been, but no where near the right amount!

Stress at work has me drinking soda again, and craving comfort food for lunch. I'm hoping that this coming week is better for those two goals. Idk what's going on with my reading, but I have not read anything lately in its entirety!!

💧My water average was really sad this week, but in my defense I allowed myself to drink coffee for the first time in months and I dont count coffee water in my totals lol

#BFC week 4 was a rough one for me. Our cat stopped eating and we received the terrible news that he probably has lymphoma. The rest of the week is pretty much a blur, but my Fitbit tells me it wasn‘t horrible step wise. I also finished my audiobook goal. So, hoping to be more mindful next week, but also gentle with myself because I am downright heartbroken over this. #BFCr4
Still struggling with back injury, which is miserable and frustrating. But counting short walks with the pup as exercise until I‘m feeling better.

I‘ve done better since resetting my goals! Getting 40 ounces of water instead of 60 but working on it. Vacuumed this week, did my gratitude MOST days, didn‘t spend any money, and finished a book! Feeling better going into this next week. #bfcr4
Week 4 of #bfcr4 This week was a bit rough! I came close a few days to my step goals, so I am happy about that. I need to step it up on my water goal, I may have to find a good water app tracker to help me with that, I used to use Plant Nanny, but always seems to kill my plants! I have started a few books, so that number will go up soon. On the mental front, my work environment is still not great, but I am dealing with it!

It was a very bad week for me when it came to meeting any goals. I was running nonstop from work to different things... october is busier then I remember it ! I also got sick :( on the up but still feeling down. On to next week! Keep your heads up team!

👍92,405 steps out of my 100,000 stretch goal (so close!)
👍Listened to 2 more audiobooks while active- at this point I should easily hit my goal so will probably treat myself to a nice long presidential bio
👍Did better setting boundaries and saying no and feel better for it
👍Did a better job eating my bone health diet.
👎Accidentally ate some doughnuts and Halloween candy from staff kitchen.

I got my two day‘s of yoga in thanks to a lovely yoga class we had at all staff day and I joined my friend for hot yoga on Wednesday night ! I finished one book. And I did not get any walks in... guys I need to walk more it helps me relax can someone message me like by Wednesday and be like have you walked yet Rachel?! Haha keep up the great work everybody ! I know it‘s hard to get motivated but every step counts !

Barefoot in the beach in October at night - it was cold but awesome! Feel like this week went well even if I didn‘t quite hit all my goals - it was a rough and super busy one but I still made time for self care.

Not a great week two for me. I had one day of rain, was flat on my back sick another day, and gave in too many times to the treats in my staff kitchen. But I did get in some good walks, played whiffle ball with my son, and did tons of gardening. I also finished a second audiobook (I only count the ones I listen to while active.) Onward to week 3! I‘m feeling better and loving the cool weather.

Combining both weeks, as just realized I never did last week.
I‘ve had to switch back to lunchtime walks because it‘s too dark before and after work, and work has been crazy (in a good way) as I‘ve been busy screening, interviewing, and checking references to fill a new position. Home has been crazy with senior pictures, volleyball, and homecoming.
My tracking has not been good! 😬
