ValerieAndBooksOoh, Chateau Chantal! We still have our tasting glasses from there from about 15 years ago! Before stemless wine glasses were a thing.7y
elliemcc11Is this imported Gruyere? The place it's made in Switzerland is a cute town on a hill (although the houses are chalets I thought the town more French looking than typical Swiss alpine) and the shops (from memory) sell the cheese and cheese cutting implements, with samples along the way. Quite close to the place where Milka chocolate is made (and the factory tour, tastings etc which we sadly didn't do!).7y
Jess_Read_This@elliemcc11 It was imported! The specialty markets (meaning the trendy pricey food stores lol) by me have decent imported cheeses. I have a double Gloucester with Stilton Huntsman cheese that I haven't broken into yet! I bet the samples in Switzerland are amazing!! Gruyere is one of my favs.7y
Jess_Read_This@kspenmoll Thank you!! It was such a lovely evening. The humidity broke and I could finally sit out on the deck without feeling overly tropical. 😄7y
