I did it!!! Read-a-thon complete! I managed to read 24 hours total in the last 72 hours! My timer shows 24 hours, 23 minutes, and 30 seconds. I'm very proud of myself!
I've had retina reattachment surgery 5 years ago and cataract surgery in both eyes a few years ago and I'm very blessed to be able to see!! ❤️ I took breaks from my reading every half hour to hour.

Ended this year's read-a-thon with Harry Potter. I first read the books in elementary school and grew up with the characters. The entire series is a favorite of mine! #mbcreadathon #mbcbookfrogsreadathon13

What type of reader are you? Do you listen to something while reading or read on silence?
I like to listen to music or put a TV Show on for background noise.

I need silence to read! It‘s very rare that I can read when there is other noise because I have a hard time tuning it out (I do not have kids so I have not acquired that skill lol) #mbcreadathon #mbcbookfrogsreadathon12

Usually silence. Sometimes I like classical music. Always classical.
