Absolutely loved this book!
I remember this book being all the rage when it first came out and for years after. I thought it was just ok. I did get a little bored at parts but the end wrapped up nicely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just an ok book. Most YA books I can get past the YA aspect but this one had a lot of teen drama which turned me off. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Well written but it just wasn‘t for me. I thought I would struggle with the magical realism of people mutating into animals but that surprisingly wasn‘t an issue. I was bored and really had to push myself to finish it. ⭐️⭐️
Not as good as the first two books in the series but still a solid story. I‘ll definitely continue with the series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a crazy story in the best way. The fact that it was loosely based on a true story had me down the rabbit hole for all the details. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Few books make me laugh but I always appreciate good banter. I loved these characters and did giggle a couple times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not my favorite Riley Sagar book but still a good read. It took a different direction that initially thought it was going but I kind of feel like I would have liked my version lol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Couldn‘t stop reading! Definitely continuing the series! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There was a lot going on in this book! So many different components and intricacies. The detectives and investigation lead it to feeling less like an actual horror and more just suspenseful. I love when mental health is incorporated into a book as well. The ending was satisfying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I enjoyed this while reading but feel like the ending was a little disappointing. Definitely enjoyed the read and the easy to hate characters. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Easy to read and disturbing thriller about human trafficking. The bad guy is deplorable and I really wasn‘t sure how to predict the ending. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a great follow up to the first book. I still love the characters and the storyline. I was worried that it would be too similar with the characters and setting but it was familiar yet new. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I‘m a sucker for a small town romance. I loved the character development and the romance. The couple was likable as the stories surrounding them were great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would have liked this book a lot more but I couldn‘t stand how blindly the not missing husband went through the whole thing without a question. Very annoying. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
There was a lot of hype around this book so I checked it out. It was a cute romance set in a small town. I didn‘t think it was anything super special but it kept me engaged enough to read it in a day or so. It was definitely spicier than I thought it was going to be. I might check out more in the series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like a fake dating trope and this one delivered. I liked the idea of a woman bodyguard but sometimes the way she acted was highly unlikely as a professional bodyguard. I enjoyed the story but it wasn‘t mind blowing. I feel like they could have done a little more with the twist at the end but that‘s because I‘m a thriller lover. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was surprised with this book. I was reading along a nice little romance waiting for the inevitable problem them bam. The little problem was a HUGE problem and changed the entire premise. I liked it. It was unexpectedly emotional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Listen to the audio! Such an emotional roller coaster ride is this woman‘s life. I felt a lot of truth and vulnerability throughout the book and felt connected. I love an audiobook read by the author, especially a memoir. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Slow burn but worth it. I thought in might get a little confused with all the characters but I didn‘t. It added to the story and made you really wonder what happened. Dual timelines and multiple POVs were also easy to follow. Very well written and I loved how it ended and wrapped everything up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great darker YA book. Lots of suspense and mystery. The surprises were subtle and emotional. I wasn‘t expecting to tear up at the end of this thriller. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This story revolves around two main characters most a century apart who had similar experiences in the same attic. These characters were easy to love and their connection between them even easier. Very thought provoking story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I like the idea and premise of this book. I started reading late and once o caught up (very quickly) I had to force myself to only read one chapter a day. I liked the story and it was heavier than I thought. The only reason I didn‘t give 5 stars is because of the extreme cliff hanger ending. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was irritated by the characters and the story was very predictable. The ending also just seemed rushed and abrupt. ⭐️⭐️
I had a hard time putting this book down every time I read it. Twisty and engaging story about friendship and betrayal. One of the best thrillers I‘ve read in a while. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really good collection of short stories. My fav by far was Danny Coughlin‘s Bad Dream. Other standouts to me were The Fifth Step, Rattlesnakes, and The Answer Man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Any book that actually brings a tear to my eye is a good one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent short story of the meaning of Christmas and the importance of family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love me a Debbie Macomber Christmas story!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love reading about entitled mean rich people. This one has a great love story to go with it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Funny and spicy! Can‘t wait for the next one.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed this book. A mix of supernatural and psychosis.
⭐️ This book started out pretty good. Once I realized where it was going I was totally uninterested. It was a stupid premise to me and an even worse ending.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fun little book about a possession of a friend in suburbia.
I wasn‘t invested until about half way but I‘m glad I stuck with it. Loved the last third of the book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Quick YA read set in a remote setting. I liked that I was led to believe one thing and people weren‘t who I thought. I was invested in a short time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was all in with this story. I loved the atmosphere, characters, and creepiness. I also liked the drama mixed in with the mystery and scare fest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really wished the creep factor was more prominent in the story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
