IT IS FINALLY HERE! My “new” copy got lost in the mail and the 3rd party bookseller didn‘t have another. Instead, they sent a “very good” used copy. Well, let‘s just say that I disagree with their version of “very good” and they‘d better be processing a partial refund, but OMG!
