pickAn autobiographical Danish novel about the author‘s relationship with her mother, and, to a lesser degree, her father. A story about growing up in an emotionally abusive home, and coming out, in more ways than one, as a different person, than what your parents expected. A story about grief, both for the mother who died, but also for the childhood, the life, the relationships, that could have been. Overall, a great read!
