bailedI wanted to read this book, and it‘s companion “Surrounded by Psychopaths,” because I thought they would help me prepare for interviewing for new jobs after my job in Dallas can no longer be done remotely (from 1,100 miles away). Oh good, so he recognises that passive aggression isn‘t a good form of communication. Too bad his book is dancing along the line or sarcasm and passive aggression. The first chapter is full of pseudo-expert BS (the ‘you‘ factor 🙄) and new ways for me to understand the abuse I grew up with. Fingers crossed this gets better.

I decided it would be a good idea to work on my communication skills since I‘ll be looking for a new job soon. I decided I‘d start with this small book. I didn‘t know until after I was in possession of it was self published, so I‘m rather weary. We‘ll see how this goes.
