Ruthiella Before Donald Trump became a political figure and a reality television personality in the early part of this century, he was mostly known for his epic divorce from Ivana Trump for his then mistress Marla Maples in the 1980s. I suspect that is where Rushdie is pulling from in his listing him here, especially alongside Hefner. (edited) 9mo
