This wordless RF picture book was very fun to read and surprisingly informational. It emulates the layout of a comic book, following a whimsical adventure through the National Gallery.

This is a great Sci-Fi/Science-Fantasy for young readers who love Star Wars. This particular series was very popular when my older was growing up in his classrooms. I remember reading it alongside him when we were little and after rereading it, it was honestly not great for adults because it is so watered down.

This NF read almost gives the vibe of Fantasy when looking at the illustrations but it provides factual information about Katherine Lee Bates and "America the Beautiful" in a nice narrative tone.

I recently reread this HF book after reading the series as a child and I felt whole a new depth to the story. This is not only an engaging and mysterious read but great for learning vocabulary, as Lemony Snicket does a nice job defining new words as he uses them.

This P book by Lang Leav was great after The Crossover by Kwame Alexander. I wouldn't recommend this book to younger readers as much as middle grade and high schoolers because if the interwoven themes of heartbreak, loss, and death.

Wow! This RF was such a great read with the girl I tutor. Highly functioning but diagnosed with severe autism, she related to this book well and it was a great kick-off into summer reading with her. I would highly recommend reading to students of any age.

Just finished rereading this fun F book, the BFG by Roald Dahl, after rediscovering it on my bookshelf. What a great book for young students to get into reading!

A great summer read for children grades 5-8, this AF is a supplement to the Warriors series. It follows the journey of a familiar main character on a journey to somewhere new. I recently reread this and still loved it.

This was in the stack at the Dr's office so I read it to my youngest two while waiting. Sometimes The selection can be hit or miss, but you can tell someone donated some GREAT books recently! This book was perfect for that PreK and beginning readers because of the repetitive words, opposites, and excellent illustrations to help provide contest clues.
