panI thought this book was going to be more informative of meditation and yoga instead it was about absurd too rich adults on "spiritual quests" straight out of Saturday Night Live. I'm fairly sure the author was even serious but it was too ridiculous. So I'm placing it in the #Uggggghhhhhhhhh category for #BBRC #GrowUp
