@Shadowfat I finally got a chance to get away from the hospital for a morning, so #Upstate is on its way to you a bit late, and #AWomanIsNoMan is on its way to you a bit early. I enjoyed both books (very different) and I hope you do too. @DarcysMom @leslieseidel

arubabookwoman @Butterfinger Thank you. His transplant is considered a “success” (it has “taken” and he is cancer-free), but we are still dealing with a number of side effects, some of them fairly serious. Right now he is in the hospital with pneumonia, but seems to have turned the corner and is slowly on the mend. 5y
