pickI am so glad that the field of social work has progressed and evolved, and is no longer practiced like it was in this book! I love being a social worker, and I worked in child welfare for 3 years right out of school. This book reminded me how hard that first year in the field is. Making decisions that affect other people's entire life is not easy.
